Prior to your visit

New clients and existing clients booked for a new treatment, please complete a relevant treatment consultation form. The link for the form will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation.

Please let us know if you are pregnant, how many weeks and if you are high/low risk.

We remind you of this through your booking confirmation and reminder, if you do not complete this prior to your arrival you will be asked to complete this in salon before your appointment which may take into your treatment time. Consultations are essential to allow us to carry out a safe and the best treatment for you.

Contraindications

Please let us know before your treatment if you have any concerns regarding your health or well-being. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant so that we can advise on treatments and customise techniques that are safe for pregnancy.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we request a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. All appointments cancelled within a 24-hour period will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. If you no show for your appointment you will be charged 100% which must be paid prior to your next appointment. Late cancellations or No Shows without payment will result in us blocking you from using our online booking portal and any future appointments will require a full prepayment. If you are using a voucher, you will lose 100% of its value.

Our cancellation policy will be repeated on your booking email confirmations and text confirmations. Thank you in advance for respecting our cancellation policy.

Salon Etiquette

We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients, late arrival appointments may not be honoured, or your treatment time will be shortened but you will still be charged the full treatment amount.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the purchase date and are non-refundable, under no circumstances will a voucher be extended; however, you may gift your voucher to other people to use.

Children

We politely ask for no children under the age of ten to be brought to the salon for their safety and in respect to other guests’ relaxation and experience.
