Inner Peace Wellness offers Holistic and Body Therapies in Erdington Birmingham. We are located just 15 minutes from Birmingham city centre and 5 minutes from Sutton Coldfield. The team at Inner Peace Wellness understands the importance of looking after the 'outer' body and the 'inner body'. Due to this, we offer a wide range of Massage and Holistic treatments, ranging from Body massage, Holistic Facials and Reflexology to name a few, all of which will provide you with the results you need to 'Feel better, Live better.
Whether you need to relax, take time out or need expert advice, our down to earth team has over 25 years of experience in working within some of the best 5-star spas around the world on cruise liners, and within the UK at spas such as The Malmaison Hotel, Hotel du Vin and The Club and Spa at The Cube. The team have won numerous Spa and Beauty industry awards along the way and understands the importance of education.
I first visited Nicola when she was a therapist at the spa in Malmaison, I have then followed her when she went to manage other spas, Nicola is a perfectionist at her work and always made me feel relaxed - I am so happy she has her own place
