Booking information

Inner Peace Wellness can get very busy, so please give as much notice as possible when scheduling your Beauty treatments or Massage treatment with us. Our Reception team will assist you in planning treatment booking.

Please call them on 0121 448 5240 , should the team be in treatments, they may not be able to answer the phone, please leave a voice massage and they will call you back . Alternatively email info@innerpeacewellness.co.uk

All bookings over £15 will require a £5 non refundable deposit. Treatments are subject to availability and may change price and duration at the managers discretion

Bookings Made Online

All bookings made Online will require full payment.Payment will be processed through PayPal.To book online you will need to firstly register with the Salon, this is to prevent a duplicate client profile for yourself. Should you not find the beauty or massage treatment you require, this may be due to the salon not having availability for your requested day and time.

Arrival Time

To ensure you receive your valuable treatment time and receive your full treatment benefits, please allow at least 10 minutes to arrive prior to your appointment. Due to our strict booking system, in the event that you may turn up late for your treatment, we will only be able to offer the remaining treatment time, but may still charge the full price of the treatment. If we run late for any reason it goes without stating you will receive the full duration for your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments to avoid a fee of 100% of your Treatment service. Failure to arrive will result in a 100% charge.

Advisory Medical Information

The minimum age at Inner Peace Wellness is for 16 years old .In order for us to advise you on the correct treatments, could you please advise us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your treatment options at the time of booking. If you think you may be pregnant, are pregnant or are breast feeding, could you please let us know, as there are some treatments that are best avoided during these times.

Parking and Access

Free parking outside of the salon, or  parking within the local Co-Op car park (A 5 minute walk currently away is approximately £1 for 2 hours)

Gift Vouchers and Products

Our team will be delighted to assist you in purchasing the perfect gift. Spa gift vouchers and products can be ordered by telephone, in person or via the website.
